Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Cloudautoflow Digital enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid course seats and team programs purchased directly from Cloudautoflow Digital. Informational prices on this website are not charges. No payments are processed through this site.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials and have not attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.
Full refunds
Full refunds are granted when a request arrives within the 7-day window and usage thresholds above are met, or when Cloudautoflow Digital cancels a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after the 7-day window but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may refund 50% of the unused tuition after deducting materials already delivered. Self-paced seats opened beyond 20% of content are generally ineligible for partial refunds.
Non-refundable items
Completed private workshops, custom curriculum design fees, and third-party exam vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once work has begun or vouchers have been issued.
Refund process
Email contact@cloudautoflow.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason for the request. We may ask for confirmation that materials access has stopped.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Cloudautoflow Digital
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no charge or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Documented medical or bereavement circumstances may allow discretionary exceptions outside standard windows. Decisions are made case by case and do not create precedent.
